• What payment methods can I use?
• You can pay by cash, cheque or credit card unless pre-authorisation has been obtained from your insurance company. You will be asked to settle your account before you leave the centre.
• Do I need a referral from a GP/consultant?
• It is not necessary for you to be referred by your doctor and there is no need for you to make a prior appointment. Just walk right in! However, often your GP may suggest that you should visit the Urgent Care Centre.
• How much does it cost?
• Please refer to our latest price list.
• What are your opening times?
• The Urgent Care Centre is open every day from 8:00am to 8:00pm, 365 days a year, but we see the last patient at 7:30pm.
